Two Greek Dubbed Russian Cartoons (Give Me Back, Rex & The Girl and The Bear)
About this film
These cartoons were originally produced by Soyuzmultfilm with Russian language and they were dubbed in Greek on VHS published by Star Video in Greece back in 1997. Give Me Back, Rex tells the story of a dog named Rex who died from pneumonia after rescuing a boy from the cracked ice. The doctor finds a way how to get a new dog for the boy, but the boy wants Rex back. However, the doctor finds a little puppy who is abused by a rude neighbour, and gives it to the boy and names the dog "Rex" which is named after the dog died. The Girl and The Bear, a classic tale of how the girl became friends with the bear in a little cabin in a forest. A great animated Russian folklore tale that children will love.
