About this film
Found in a lot of 19 used blank tapes for $50, this tape (along with another tape that will be uploaded soon) is, without a shadow of a doubt, the greatest find I've ever stumbled across anywhere. It's more the fact that I had no idea if there would be any commercial breaks retained that really kept my interest peaked. That and these two tapes are the sole reason why I purchased this 19 tape lot in the first place. While the auctions for these tapes were going on, I managed to message the seller about the tapes being tested or not. She said that these tapes had not been tested in years, and that she pulled them out of her basement. I was really taking a blind gamble and based it solely on what was written on the tape labels. And trust me, there were some really good titles written on there, like Transformers (from the Summer of 1985), Voltron (which ended up having no commercials at all, unfortunately), Scooby-Doo (which spanned across four tapes from varying years), and Super Sunday (which turned out to be Hanna-Barbera's Super Sunday cartoon block). When they arrived, I expected the worst: for them to either be bootlegs, or they were taped over-the-air, but there were no commerci…
