About this film
The Blob is a 1958 American science fiction horror film directed by Irvin S. Yeaworth Jr. In thhe film, a gelatinous alien life form crashes to Earth in a meteorite and begins to consume everything in its path. Teenagers Steve and Jane discover the creature and try to warn their town, but no one believes them until it's almost too late, leading to a desperate attempt to stop the Blob using cold temperatures.
