Beazer Materials, a case trying to decide which of two companies is responsibility for cleaning up toxic waste. Beazer manufactured chemicals including Noxtane in the 1970's. Jones-Hamilton is a chemical formulator, mixing and distributing chemicals. Jones sued Beazer to recover some of the cost of cleanup, saying that Beazer was equally responsible for contamination because it was under contract to Jones. Filmed by C-SPAN.
