Immigration Service - A live feed from KBCI-TV in Boise, ID, carried the proceedings of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in special session in Boise, Idaho on the first day cameras were allowed in the Federal Court of Appeals. A three year experiment allowing television cameras into Federal Courts is scheduled to begin on July 1, 1991. A three member panel of judges heard arguments from attorneys on both sides of the appeal of Moyle v. Immigration Service. The case involved the owner of a small business who had been penalized by the Immigration Service for failing to fill out forms stating his employees were not illegal aliens. Filmed by C-SPAN.
