This video interview of technologist and union leader Welkin Alagunambi, who has worked closely with workers involved in the Aadhaar enrolment across the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, was conducted by Subhashish Panigrahi in 2019. The recording was used in the production of 2021 documentary " MarginalizedAadhaar ". In this interview, Alagunambi details the exclusion of workers that are employed by various private agencies in Tamil Nadu to provide support for the enrolment of Aadhaar, both from a rights perspective and from a digital security perspective.
