In this interview, Divan cites experience from field visits to explain about the fundamental legal issues with Aadhaar and how those issues have led to systemic exclusion of marginalised communities. Divan represented for many petitioners before the Supreme Court of India to argue on the constitutional validity of Aadhaar.
