Notes The Manhattan Quartett was a very popular close harmony vocal ensemble that recorded German folk songs for Columbia and Victor. In 1921, it consisted of Henry Weimann (tenor), Arthur Hall (tenor; born Adolph Joseph Hohl), Nick Latterner (baritone), and Frank Schwarzkopf (bass).
