Live Aid ( July 13th 1985) Paul Mc Cartney's Microphone Fails VHS Tape BBC Broadcast Unedited

About this film

Paul McCartney's original Live Aid performance of 'Let It Be' where sadly his microphone failed and he was joined by Pete Townshend, Alison Moyet and Bob Geldof as backing vocalists. Rescued from my step dad's old VHS Tapes. Note: Paul McCartney's vocals were rerecorded the next day at Abbey Road Studios and are reused for the 2005 and 2025 reruns and DVD releases.
