Tannhäuser: Lied an den Abendstern (Wagner) 26,5 cm Disque Pathé 34130 Matrix Nr. *14871 Robert LEONHARDT - Bariton (& Orch.) rec. ca. 1917 Note : On the label is given a speed of 80 rpm. This is much too fast for this recording. I give it here with 74 rpm. Also there a humming from about 0'15" to 0'55" which is inherent to the recording. The recording comes from a time when Pathé started paper labels and probably tried new producing techniques. May be this is the reason for this fault.
