Reel 1 (sound) : San Jose Assemblyman John Vasconcellos discusses Vice President Humphrey and McGovern's chances in California ahead of the three leading contenders for the Presidential nomination were invited to appear together before a delegation joint caucus in the upcoming week. Reel 2: Part 1 (sound): Publicist Dr. Edward L. Bernays, who is heading a program to appraise the West Valley Junior College District, explains his findings. He says that 9 out of 10 parents consider it essential that their high school students go on to a college education. This fulfills the American dream of being able to achieve success, and also stresses the obligation to support West Valley so that it can meet the needs of its local families as well as the California state plan of providing education to its citizens.
