Judge Murphy discusses future policy initiatives, her views on working with Congress and other key constituent groups, and other topics of interest. Also included are excerpts from the Ninth Annual National Seminar on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines sponsored by the Federal Bar Association and the Sentencing Commission. A panel discussion with the new commissioners covered a wide variety of topics and answered questions from an audience of probation officers, defense attorneys, and prosecutors.
