Numerous accidents have occurred where a miner was struck by or run over by underground mobile equipment. Statements by some of the equipment operators interviewed include: I never saw him/her, I didnt know where they were, and By the time I saw him/her, I could not stop.Wearing reflective clothing will make miners more visible and allow them to be seen. You must dress for work every day, so why not use reflective clothing? It takes no extra effort and there is no excuse not to do it THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
