Topics include patient and parent communication and education, vaccine storage and handling, preparing for medical emergencies, screening for contraindications and precautions to vaccination, vaccine administration, records and documentation, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Continuing education credits will be offered.
