Delaware Department of Transportation Video VH-79 Lowboy This video shows use of the lowboy trailer for carrying large, heavy equipment. Pre-trip inspections, loading, towing and basic maneuvering, unloading, and unhooking the trailer are demonstrated in step-by-step instructions for the vehicle operator. Specific directions are given for loading a crane and a rubber-tired roller, and for taking turns and curves safely.
