Series: Motion Picture Films from "United News" Newsreels, compiled 1942 - 1945. Part 1, Gen. Eisenhower is welcomed and places a wreath on the tomb of the Belgian unknown soldier. Part 2, trucks of the Transportation Corps carry supplies in France on the "Red Ball" Highway. Part 3, the 8th and 9th Army Air Forces fight German planes and bomb German cities. Allied troops advance in Germany and take prisoners.
