Part 3, a schizophrenic pianist plays Chopin's "Fantasy Impromptu" as part of his musical therapy at a Michigan hospital. Part 4, damaged buildings are destroyed in the reconstruction of Dortan, Fr. Part 5, Sec. Byrnes proposes to the UN Security Council (Apr. 4) that discussion of the Russian-Iranian dispute be suspended until May 6. Alexander Cadogan supports the proposal. Hussein Ala praises the UN.
