Shows Germans entraining, looking at advertisements, shoveling war rubble, repairing power lines and buildings, and meeting with British military officials. Children sleep amid war ruins. Shows a court in session. Reel 2, a British general speaks to German representatives. Shows religious services, children playing, and other scenes of daily life. Konrad Adenauer speaks.
