Information supplied by newspapers, overseas radio networks, discussions, books, pamphlets, and maps keeps the soldier up-to-date on the local, national and international situation -- wherever he may be located. Education, either on-duty or off-duty is made available to the soldier in subjects ranging from the elementary grades through the college level.
