On the other side: 86174 Trovatore trio Note: I have fun processing more Pathé records since I learned with the Skilondz records in Autumn 2021 how to do that. Here are some records which have been lying on my shelves unheard since I got them about 20 years ago. Pathé records have narrow grooves where a normal needle often leaves the trail. I have found out that it works best with a very old and cheap record player I bought at Ebay for 5 EUR. After recording they have to be preocessed in a certain way (phase correction), because they are recorded „hill and dale“. On a Pathé sleeve is written, that these records run at a speed of 90 to 100 rpm. As there is no concrete speed given and I don’t have perfect pitch, I have choosen a speed which pleases my ear and where the voice sounds natural to me. Speed here: 89 rpm
