Wastewater professionals from each of the communities explain why their community instituted an OMS, the approach they took, how it is administered, and its benefits. Ongoing, competent maintenance, monitoring, and management are emphasized, as well as discussion of advanced treatment systems, such as aerobic treatment units, sand filters, and cluster systems.
