Although not the most charming voice of that era, Wiedeke recorded a huge variety of songs on cylinders and discs and was one of the popular recording artists in Germany. This one comes from an Edison Wax Amberol cylinder #4M-15008, recorded in May of 1909 (Berlin, Germany).
