Original Video Description: This video has been sourced from a rare 1999 South African issue of the video released by Ster Kinekor. Little is known about the Ster Kinekor Wiggles releases. However, they all seem to share the common theme of being put together on a tight budget, often containing glaring issues such as the use of incorrect sources or poor tape dubbing resulting in mono or single channel audio. This copy was loaned to me by an Australian Wiggles collector named Charlie to be transferred in the highest quality possible for future preservation, done on my D-VHS unit with internal and external TBC units attached. An explanation of what this is: An offline edit refers to an early edit of a video that allows the director and other relevant crew members to begin to formulate an understanding of how a final product will look. These cuts are always very rough and are by no means finished products. In the case of this release of ABC For Kids Live In Concert, that means that none of the green screen work has been completed, none of the transitions have been finalised, and none of the graphics (eg.
