There are more than 12, 000 on that wait list. It's made up of low-income adults, without children who are seeking basic health coverage (NOTE: slate on segment master tapes says 'Healthcare Tape), badgercare core, ABC for Health, a non-profit that helps uninsured people get medical coverage and care, released new research that reveals that BadgerCare enrollees are disappearing from the program.
