Here & Now, GOP budget proposals, Paul Ryan sound bite - 'We are addressing the most predictable economic crisis in this country's history.', GOP budget proposals, WIsconsin Congressman, Paul Ryan, Chair of the House Budget Committee saw committee passage of his fiscal 2014 'Path to Prosperity' plan on Wednesday.Under the budget blueprint, Ryan cuts the federal deficit 4-point-6 trillion dollars over ten years...with steep spending cuts to non-defense programs and by leaving in place tax increases hatched as part of the fiscal cliff agreement. GOP budget proposals, Democratic U.S. Representative Mark Pocan who will respond to the GOP budget proposal brought forth by Wisconsin’s Paul Ryan. Pocan will also defend the Democrats budget plan.
