About this film

Dr. Adler calls upon the history books in his examination of the great idea of progress. Too many times, he declares in this stimulating lecture, progress is hampered by tradition and custom. Ideals must be set higher and higher and freedom must be used intelligently if we are to enjoy progress, he concludes. (Description adapted from documents in the NET Microfiche)
