Discussing this with Sheriff Lohman is Dr. George Mohr, director of education for the Institute for Psychoanalysis and an authority in the field of sociology. Dr. Mohr presents the reasons why a boy who has too much turns to delinquent behavior. Sheriff Lohman introduces the episode with a film depicting a spoiled child.
