Fontenot also interviews Dr. Margaret Marshall, a French professor at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, and Dr. Hosea Phillips, a French professor at the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette. They discuss the differences between standard French and the Cajun French dialect.
