Boeri notes that Kelly is filing suit on behalf of white public housing tenants. Boeri's report includes footage of Kelly, Dapper O'Neil (Boston City Council), and white public housing tenants walking to the courthouse to file suit. Boeri reports that the federal plan mandates a city-wide waiting list for public housing. Boeri notes that the position of white tenants on the waiting list has now dropped.
