Heading up that appeal, the State's Attorney General, J.B, Van Hollen. Dane co judge strikes down parts of Act 10, Madison Teacher's Incorporated not only filed the lawsuit in question, but the local teacher's union was also a presence at those intense Capitol Square protests in 2011.
