Winchester Massachusetts celebrated its 150th Anniversary on October 10, 2000. The ceremony, held next to Winchester Town Hall and hosted by Town Moderator John J. Sullivan, included dedication of: the Town Flag, Winchester History sign, historic map, and burying of a time capsule.
