A colorful 20th Century Fox musical with a good cast and Carmen Miranda as the life of the party. It's not quite up to the standards of "Down Argentine Way," but it will do if you're desperate for a crazy hat fix. TRIVIA: Betty Grable had originally been slated for Alice Faye's role.
