Host Al Page interviews Judy Runstad, President of the Downtown Seattle Association, a partner at Foster, Pepper and Riviera and a graduate of the University of Washington Law School. Ms. Runstad discusses the steps in land development, the zoning codes, the state environmental laws, architects, downtown developers, public interest groups, etc. She also discusses how "bad" developers operate, the changes in the Seattle Central Business District Zoning Codes, historical preservation, transit, waterfront development, aggressive vagrancy and the future of Downtown Seattle.
