Dr. Joseph F. Rock was one of the leading anthropological explorers of the early 20th century. The people of Na Khi Village demonstrate the dance for the propitiation of suicide, performed specifically for Dr. Rock to film. Originally produced in 1954, using footage filmed in 1928. Silent film with English intertitles.
