About this film
A brief video consisting of color computer graphics depicting the magnetic field of Uranus. Produced by the NASA/JPL Computer Graphics Laboratory, based on a circa 1982 field model by Gerd-Hannes Voigt (Rice University). This NTSC VHS dub is from the personal collection of solar physicist Ted Speiser (1934–2016). It was digitized to Lagarith AVI and transcoded to H.264 MP4 in 2020.
