The Video Nasty Project
About this film
Welcome to the very first episode of Video Nasty Project! The Video Nasty Project is three (occasionally five) friends who love horror movies, sitting down to watch and reviewing all of the 39 movies that were banned by the Department of Public Prosecution and the BBFC - the infamous Video Nasties list. In this episode we give you an overview of the Nasties and a discussion of censorship issues and some of the insanity surrounding the moral panic that gripped the United Kingdom in the early eighties. Enjoy!
