This print is sharper than the existing IA copy. A truly iconic film and one of the all-time great science fiction dramas with a superb background score by Bernard Herrmann. The inclusion of real news media personalities (Pearson, Kaltenborn, Davis & Heatter) as themselves was a stroke of genius that is probably lost on most present-day viewers. CAST NOTE: Michael Rennie's first American film.
