Clair Hess of the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, Co F, 2nd Battalion, 101st Airborne. 02 By Request: Short film compilations - One film is about Lexington, Kentucky and the University of K. Another film includes NYC at Easter and St. Patrick's Cathedral. The final film is probably from the January 11, 1945 episode of Command Performance and features Jimmy Durante, Alan Jenkins, William Gargan, Hugh Herbert, Ed Brophy, Sterling Holloway, Hugh Herbert, Andy Devine, Alan Hale, Arthur Treacher, and Robert Benchley all singing "Down By The Old Mill Stream." The Army-Navy Screen Magazine 55 1945: the entire newsreel. The Army-Navy Screen Magazine was produced by the U.S. Army Signal Corps Pictorial Service, under the supervision of Col.
