1933 U.S. Army horse cavalry training film. Description from the National Archives: "TRAINING FILM: On transition of cavalry troops from mounted to dismounted combat troops. In simulated invasion exercise, machine gun and rifle platoons dismount and prepare for action. Stress is placed on proper care and handling of horses. Various methods of finding cover and securing horses are shown. Troops advance on enemy as film ends."
