National Archives description "1) MS-CU Marine bomb disposal squad removing base fuse from bottom of 16" shell. 2) CU Detonator after being removed from shell. 3) MS-Pan Japanese bombs set in ground with yardstick mine as anti-tank mine. 4) CU Marine removing powder cases and detonators from yardstick mine. 5) CU Aircraft bomb being uncovered and raised from ground (this is used as an anti-tank mine). 6) MS Two tanks disabled after going through mine field. 7) MS-CU-Pan Marine picks up dud 5" shell and places in trailer. 8) CU Two Marines raise 16" shell on chain hoist into truck for disposal. 9) MS-CU Many views of 16" shells being loaded into truck. 10) MS-Pan Marine bomb disposal squad in vehicles used in their operations, jeeps and armored trucks-SV."
