National Archives description "1) AV-Pan Iwo Jima showing equipment moving along road-SV. 2) MS R4Ds drop supplies by parachute over airfield on Iwo Jima-SV. 3) MS LVT operates on airfield, other equipment passes foreground, Suribachi and parked planes in background-SV. 4) GV Bivouac area, close to airfield, Suribachi in background. 5) HS-Pan Man working in bivouac area. 6) MS R4Ds land on Iwo Jima airfield, Piper cub passes landing in opposite direction. 7) HS-MS Casualties rest on stretchers on Iwo Jima airfield. 8) MS Casualties are loaded aboard plane-SV. 9) MS R4D parked on Iwo Jima airfield, LVTs, trucks, jeeps etc. pass foreground-SV. 10) MS Casualties on litters are brought and placed on field. 11) MS Corpsman checks dressing of wounded man on stretchers-SV."
