National Archives description " 1) HS-MS Damaged TBF lands & crashes. 2) HS CV underway firing AA gun, practice; many parked planes on fantail FG. 3) GV Night shot: Many tracers in air. 4) MS-Pan F6Fs taxi & take off-SV. 5) MS-Pan SB2C taxis & takes off. 6) GV DDs, CVs, CLs in anchorage-SV. 7) HS SB2Cs & TBFs approach & land-SV. 8) MS Men on deck receive coffee. 9) MS-LS Officers on bridge, shot from flight deck-SV. 10) MS Jeep load of sandwiches, fruit & coffee passes across flight deck. 11) RS-MS Packages of food & coffee distributed to men on flight deck-SV. 12) MS Men fight gasoline fire on flight deck. 13) MS Damaged F6F is jettisoned from side elevator."
