Naval Photographic Center film #7084. Mislabeled at the National Archives as " Flight deck ops - DD lays smoke screen, 07/06/1953? " No description at the National Archives but this film begins with aircraft in flight and then shows torpedo bombers on the flight deck. Clapperboard says this took place on the USS Essex January 10 and 11, 1945.
