National Archives description "1) HS Japanese survivors clinging to wreckage. 2) HS Japanese prisoners seated on deck DD. 3) MS Japanese prisoners transferred to Hornet-SV. 4) MS DD bombards Guam-SV. 5) MS Muzzle of 5 inch guns fire. 6) GV Guam under bombardment, smoke columns rise. 7) HS Captain"s gig approaches, comes alongside. 8) MS Capt. piped over side. 9) MS Capt. at mike speaks to officers & men. 10) HS Officers & men assemble on foredeck of DD in floating drydock. 11) MS Pan Line of men chip paint on side of DD (good). 12) MCU Man chips paint on torpedo tubes.
