National Archives description: "1) GV Disastrous fire in Philadelphia.2) Experiment and test flying of the new Navy "Hellcat" plane, F6F.3) GV USS SAVANNAH, hit during war at Salerno; fire fighting aboard cruiser (SV showing damage).4) GV Interviewing young gunner of 16 years of age.5) CU Young gunner: Sgt. Yearly who enlisted at 14. (He was in 22 missions over combat area in Africa, Sicily, etc.)6) GV Crossing of battle scenes in Italy. (This is a Fifth Army advance in Italy.)7) AV Devastation and destruction in Devidento, Italy.8) CU Clark Gable as a Captain.9) GV Food supplies (floor) being brought into Italy. A panic of people scrambling for the flour, the source of bread.10) GV Battle scenes by the Navy against Japan.
