National Archives description "1) MS Marine digs unexploded shell from under Japanese building, carrys shell out of scene. 2) MS Marine inspects Japanese suicide boat broached on beach. 3) MS Bomb disposal men inspect Japanese aerial bombs-SV. 4) LS-MS Jeep with trailer drives across open stretch on Okinawa, bomb disposal men lead unexploded shells into trailer, explosions BG on horizon. 5) MS-CU Marine picks up Japanese improvised wooden land mine, detonating device is removed. 6) MS Doctor tends wounds of small naked Japanese child; places bandage around his middle. 7) MS Japanese torpedo dolly is pulled from reenforced cave in storage area, large torpedo lies at entrance to cave.
