United States Naval Photographic Center film #11241. I think I see USS LST-484 and USS Leonard Wood which may help pinpoint this footage. Southern Philippines and Okinawa? Invasion of Palawan? National Archives description "This film shows landing craft as they landed on an unidentified beach. Other scenes show soldiers as they inspected wrecked Japanese landing craft. The film also shows troops as they listened to a military band..
