National Archives description: "This film shows the activity on the beach of Geruma Shima during the invasion, including scenes of soldiers as they dug foxholes, used field radio sets, and guarded a captured Japanese woman and child. The film also shows an underwater demolition team as they placed demolition charges on the beach."
