(OX). 3) MS Men place SOC on catapult. 4) MS Pres. Truman dressed in sailor's dungarees & shirt & white cap strolls down deck, with secret service men. (He is walking towards camera, is smiling & has his own necktie on). 5) SHS Men practice firing 5" guns (slightly OX). 6) SHS 5" guns are fired (good color). 7) MS On bow of Augusta looking ahead, DD underway (slightly UX) 8) MS Fantain on Augusta showing heavy wake (slightly UX). 9) SHS Colored man dressed up as girl dances with colored man; men boxing, spectators watch. 10) MS Ship's band playing. 11) MS Pres. Truman, Sec. of State Byrnes & party aboard USS Augusta. 12) MCU Ship's mascot, scottie, on USS Augusta. 13) MS Ship docks at Newport News, Va."
