Mascot Mickey is the latest outrageous video file from Lyndon Lorenz, who is releasing the work under his nom-de-pixel of Lyn Faber, exclusively for the Open Source Archive. Many thanks to the Prelinger Archives for making so many excellent source clips available! Mascot Mickey was first mixed as an audio track on a Boss MRS-1044 digital multitracker. Default drum and bass patterns were modified as needed, and soundbytes from our source clips were flown in off a Macintosh iMac DVD-SE. When the soundtrack was pretty much finalized, video clips were synchronized to it using Avid Videoshop. Just about all the footage came off of the Prelinger Archives copy of Chevrolet Leader News (Volume 2, Number 4). The 'oh boy' guy came from the Dodge segment found on Classic TV Commercials (Part 1).
